My mosaic wall art pieces start out as sketches that I use to make stencil designs. The stencil sections are traced onto opaque stained glass for cutting, I hand cut the glass and sometimes paint details on them. Each piece of glass is painstakingly adhered to wood panels that I have cut, sanded and stained. The mosaics are then grouted and hooked for display.
